Cupid’s Chocolate Cups
Rich, creamy, and packed with beauty-boosting Chocolate Collagen Peptides, these indulgent brownies are the perfect way to satisfy your cravings while supporting your hair, skin, and nails.
Ingredients:

5 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips (sugar free)

1 scoop Live Conscious Chocolate Collagen Peptides

1 large egg

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

½ cup plus 2 tablespoons of heavy cream

Strawberries or whip cream, for garnish, if desired.
Instructions:

Place 4-6 small bowls, ramekins, or little pots on a plate or pan that will later go in the fridge

Place chocolate chips, Live Conscious Chocolate Collagen Peptides, egg, vanilla, and sea salt in a blender. Pulse a few times to break the chocolate chips into smaller chunks.

Pour cream or half and half into a microwave safe bowl. Make sure it’s quite a bit bigger to compensate for the bubbling of the cream when heated. Heat on high for about 1 ½ minutes, or until cream is at a boil.

Turn on the blender to low and blend for 15 seconds, and then slowly begin pouring in the hot cream into a funnel or through the small hole in the top of the blender. Once it is all in, turn the blender speed to high. Blend for 1 minute, then pour into the cups/ramekins and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Garnish with strawberries or whip cream, if desired.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8-inch pan, or line it with parchment.

Stir all ingredients well. Spread into the pan, using a second sheet of parchment if needed to press down evenly.

Bake 20 minutes, then let cool. They continue to firm up as they cool and also firm up even more if you very loosely cover and refrigerate overnight.
