Whip up These Muffins for a Sweet Protein-Packed Treat

Who doesn’t love a good muffin? It’s one of those things that can go with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or it makes a tempting snack. These blueberry muffins take it to the next level with a hefty dose of protein that gives long-lasting satisfaction. Ingredients:

1/2 cup canola or avocado oil

1/2 cup natural applesauce

2 eggs

1/2 cup Live Conscious® Vanilla Dream Protein

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 ½ cups whole wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2/3 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 ℉. Line muffin tins with muffin liner cups, then give them a quick spray of non-stick cooking spray. Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredients in the other. Combine both mixtures along with the berries and scoop into the muffin tins. Place in the oven immediately. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins begin to brown at the top.
