Lucky Day Detox Smoothie


¼ cup cooked cauliflower, cooled

1 cup loosely packed spinach

1 frozen banana

1 scoop Beyond Greens

Juice of ½ lime 

1 cup water

Optional - ice


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a slice of lime if desired. Enjoy!

Awakened Energy Breakfast Bites 


1 cup finely shredded coconut

1 scoop Beyond Greens

2 teaspoons matcha

½ teaspoon ground ginger

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon salt

1 egg white

4 tablespoons sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix coconut, Beyond Greens, matcha, ginger, cinnamon, and salt in a medium-sized bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg white, sugar, and vanilla extract until frothy (about 2-3 minutes). Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, form into 1-inch balls with a flat bottom. Place on a prepared baking pan and bake for 18-22 minutes or until edges and bottoms are golden brown. Let cool slightly, and enjoy!

Green Superfood Muffins


1 ripe banana

1 cup of lightly packed spinach (rinsed)

3 tablespoons maple syrup

¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon milk (or milk alternative)

2 tablespoons melted and cooled butter

1 egg

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup flour (all-purpose, whole wheat or gluten-free)

½ cup quick-cooking rolled oats

2 scoops Beyond Greens

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

⅛ teaspoon salt


Preheat the oven to 375℉ and prepare a muffin tin with 8 paper or silicone muffin baking cups. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together flour, oats, Beyond Greens, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. In a blender, add banana, milk, spinach, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and blend until spinach is blended very smooth. Pour into the bowl with dry ingredients, add egg and melted butter, and stir gently to incorporate. 

Add ¼ cup of batter to each muffin cup, smoothing the tops slightly if desired. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Makes about 8 muffins.
