• How much collagen should I take in a day, and should I take it every day? Is there such a thing as too much collagen?
  The recommended dosage for Live Conscious® Collagen Peptides is 11 grams (about 2 ½ teaspoons). A scoop is included in the bag to help you measure the right amount. Collagen is considered safe and non-toxic; however, we believe in moderation in all things, and more is not necessarily better. Most people will see the best results from daily supplementation or taking it about 4-5 times a week.
